Wayne Chang

Wayne Chang joined Structural Focus in 2002 and has 27 years of experience working on structural projects. He is a licensed California Structural Engineer and Civil Engineer with an M.Eng. in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley. Wayne’s extensive design experience includes seismic evaluation, structural design of new buildings, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, seismic retrofits, renovation, and tenant improvements. Projects include new office facilities, hotels, studio production spaces, cultural and educational facilities, and industrial buildings.
