Red Bull North American Headquarters

Structural Focus provided full structural engineering design services related to the seismic upgrade and conversion of a 100,000 SF, 1970s one-story warehouse building into the new 107,000 SF Red Bull Corporate Headquarters office building and warehouse facility. The new construction included a new mezzanine, a new 100 feet by 40 feet open-air courtyard, a 100-seat screening theater, a recording studio, editing rooms, office space, a gymnasium, a café, warehouse spaces, loading docks, among other spaces.
