Chalon Road Private Residence

Structural Focus provided structural engineering services for the Chalon Road Estate project. Designed by architect Peter  Marino, and distinguished by its Portuguese architecture and exacting detail, the eight-acre estate included an approximately 50,000-SF main house and a 20,000-SF guest house, plus a pool house, guard house, gate house, tennis pavilion, dining pavilion, BBQ area, several pools, and water features.
