Woodbury University School of Business

The new two-story building at Woodbury University houses administrative offices, classrooms, and a large auditorium lecture hall. The School of Business building consists of two wings including a steel moment frame structure for the classrooms and offices in addition to a concrete masonry unit shear wall structure for the auditorium. These two wings are connected by a large two-story central lobby with floor to ceiling windows. Structural Focus provided structural engineering services related to schematic design and construction documents as well as construction administration services.
