The Lot’s new Courtyard Building includes six levels of 100,000 SF of offices spaces with one level of 30,000 SF subterranean parking. The new concrete building replaced the commissary in the center of the campus. The first floor has a commissary with outdoor seating area, and is recessed with floors 2 to 4 hovering above. Those upper four stories match the height of the surrounding sound stages, but floors 5 and 6 twist on a slight angle. Those angled top two floors are a nod to the Formosa South Building seen immediately east from the Courtyard Building.
