Sunset Las Palmas Studios

Structural Focus is providing its structural engineering services to Sunset Las Palmas Studios’ new owner Hudson Pacific Properties. The 51 buildings on campus including office buildings, stages, and parking structures are being evaluated to identify any potential structural deficiencies and provide general information about the structures and the expected seismic performance. Renovations and seismic retrofits have begun on several of the buildings.
