Structural Focus is providing multiple services for Pasarroyo's four-building commercial complex, including evaluation and analysis of all non-ductile concrete (NDC) structures, creating retrofit designs using a fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) system, parking structure evaluations, phased construction sequences, tenant improvements, interconnecting building stairs, and retrofit work. A partial retrofit of the buildings has been completed, and the seismic retrofit work will continue based on tenant movement and leasing opportunities.
