Structural Focus provided structural engineering services for the historic renovation, seismic retrofit, lobby renovations, and rooftop expansion of a reinforced concrete, 65,000-SF, four-story building, with a two-story rooftop penthouse and subterranean parking— a Beverly Hills Historic Landmark, originally built in 1963 and designed by modernist architect Sidney Eisenshtat.
