Venice, CA
This multi-million dollar project included the conversion of six buildings into a collaborative and creative office campus for a Fortune 500 media company. This project consisted of extensive renovations to existing buildings including the landmark Binoculars Building designed by Los Angeles architect Frank Gehry in the late 1980s, an adjoining tilt-up building, and a nearby two-story masonry building, among others. Transforming these spaces into a creative and vibrant place to work required imagination and innovation by the design teams. Structural Focus was involved in the renovation of all structures and collaborated with the different design teams throughout the project. After the success of the project, Structural Focus continues to provide services to this client.
