HBO Southern California Office

The southern California HBO offices relocated to the Colorado Place buildings in Santa Monica. Working with HLW, Structural Focus provided structural engineering services for the renovations of HBO’s two stories, including new skylights, new stairwells, pedestrian bridges, various floor openings to accommodate multi-visual displays, a new screening room with a raked floor, as well as floor strengthening for high-density storage areas and supports for new roof-mounted mechanical equipment.
