Grand Central Market

Structural Focus has provided on-going services since 2013 to the owners of Grand Central Market, a 1917-built downtown historic landmark. The 45,000 SF foot arcade provides a unique food and retail marketplace for nearby offices, downtown residents, and tourists. Our projects include structural repairs, renovations to various commercial spaces, and review of proposed tenant improvements throughout the market as well as several other small projects.
