301 Ocean Avenue Apartments

This project included the rehabilitation and seismic retrofit of two existing, wood-frame apartment buildings with stucco exterior walls and plaster interior walls. The first, two-story building includes two stories of above grade apartments with a subterranean parking garage. The second, three-story apartment building includes ground floor common areas and parking stalls. The original construction date is estimated to be in the 1950s-60s.
